Thin veins for blood test

Hi,



I need to make blood tests periodically, my veins are very thin and it is very difficult to locate and put the needle into it, the nurse hits me several times before she can find my vein.

Is there a way to locate the vein (a tool, special needle…) and save me this painful process?
