Hey Nicole, my sister is an esthetician so I'll try my best to pass on all the advice I've gotten to know from her over the years. Firstly, if you want good skin then you have to make sure that you are protecting it from the sun. Exposure to sun can really damage your skin and make it look older. Try to wear a good sunblock whenever you go out, something like spf50. Apart from this, stay away from putting food items on yourself. The stuff you eat isn't always stuff you can put on your face. Lastly, your diet reflects on your face. Eat good food and your skin will thank you for it. For more cosmetic tips, I'd say go for treatments depending on your skin needs. If you want a healthy glow, then chemical peels are a good option. Another tip is to take collagen to make your skin firmer and reduce aging and sagginess in the skin. You can get collagen from almost anywhere on the internet but I usually find nice deals on www.vitaminexpress.org/uk/collagen-supplements.
