Hi, I'll try to keep this short. I'm a newbie and my main goal is to lose some weight. Im 260 pounds and 6'1'' and I'd like to get down to 190-200. I just started going to the gym 4 times a week but eventually I plan on increasing that to 5. My question is, with my goal in mind, is taking supplements a good idea? And if so what kind? And by what kind I mean creatine, protein powder, cla, etc. I don't wanna just lose weight I also wanna look fit. Any advice or links to articles where it would give me some tips would be appreciated! Please help. Thanks! I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
